HOW A SESSION IS CONDUCT ?

You will be placed in a reclining chair, legs elongated or not, according to your comfort. The lights can be dimmed, with or without background music. When you are in a state of hypnosis, you will be able to hear, talk, move and even open your eyes if you desire.

The first meeting is dedicated to the anamnesis, your life story in general, your mode of functioning in various situations, your passions, your fears. This is to better target the approach to use for you.

It may happen that we begin the hypnosis technique only at the second appointment.
